We have learned this Spring poem in English, first we read it, talk about the spring words, color the verses, and draw pictures.

 Readers meeting

Today has been the first day we have seen and heard our partners from some countries of Europe.  We have recited a poem in our mother tongue and another in English, and we have listened our new friends too. We are happy to meet you.

SPRING WITH SIGNS

Our school is an option for deaf students so we try to talk with them with sign language. All of our students listeners and non-listeners have some sign language classes.

This is a dactyl alphabet, could you try to say the word "Spring" with your hands?

Palms Sunday

Yesterday /April 10/ was the Palms Sunday in Spain. People carry palms and decorate balconies and even clothes for a religious event. There´s a place from where all the white palms come from, Elche (Alicante).

And this year this is my brooch made of palm.
