Poems
From Puteaux in France
From a famous poem in French : Le printemps.
The beginning is something like :
The weather has taken off its coat
Of wind, cold and rain
And has put on a cloth of embroidery
and gleaming and clear sunshine.
We're learning the beginning of the Portuguese poem you send us (but in English). We will try the Latvian one.
We are Working on an illustration of one of the French poem about spring. I hope I will be able to sort out my "pages" problem by Wednesday in order to send it to you in poem section.
Easter traditions
Easter
For most of us in France, Easter means chocolate. We offer chocolate hens, eggs, fishes, bunnies, etc... to children (and even adults). We organise eggs' hunts. We hide chocolate eggs in garden, or in flats, or in public gardens and children have to find them.
See bellow the chocolate in a shop (not in an house, it would be too much !)
